It’s a fantastic opportunity for game developers to demonstrate their creativity, connect with fellow developers, and engage with the game development community.
Gamecon
GameCon is an annual Game Development showcase. It features playable games created by students throughout the year, culminating in an awards ceremony for the best projects. The event is free and open to industry partners, recruiters, and the public, providing a great networking opportunity.
Halloween Game Night
Halloween Game Night is an exciting annual event filled with Halloween-themed fun and games. Compete for amazing prizes and showcase your best costume for a chance to win extra entries. Free and open to all, it’s a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the season, enjoy festive activities, and connect with fellow participants.
Global Game Jam
The GGJ is the largest global game creation event, attracting tens of thousands of participants. Like a hackathon, it encourages game development based on a central theme, promoting creativity in programming, design, narrative, and art. The event builds confidence, friendships, and community, focusing on collaboration rather than competition.
