The best time to go to the gym is between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Take Advantage of every resource possible such as one on one peer tutors (you pay for it anyway)!

Write everything down and stay organized! Calendars are your best friend. Google Calendar is an excellent online tool!

If bonus marks are available, try your best to do them! They really add up and can help with your GPA/Scholarships!

Go to Bang Bang Burritos for a really good and affordable Burrito, Quesadilla and Nachos.

If you show interest in your courses and the content you are learning, the Professors will notice!

Get in contact with students/professors/ teaching assistants. Connections can help a lot down the road!

You don't have to take 5 courses, take 3 or 4 if you think a reduced course load would work better for you. Speak to your Academic Advisor about this!

Time Management is the most important skill to learn. Book a Study Skill appointment/event in the Student Life portal to help you mange your time better!

If you have back to backs, mobile order your Tim's drink/food for fast pickup.

Join clubs/societies, they can help with professional development, personal development and connections!

Read and understand all your Syllabuses they are IMPORTANT!

AVOID 8 a.m. classes!

Make extra effort to make friends first year, whether or not your are living on or off campus!
